From the HOLY city of Benaras, House of Elegance presents you an Kadhwa Katan Silk saree in Purple silk base with contrasting and blushing magenta palla.

The saree is embellished with floral zari motifs spread throughout  with an extra wide antique golden magenta zari border  adorned with floral vine.  The coordinated blouse is fcompleting the royality of this saree.

Weavers called it “Kadhwa” as it is “kadha hua” or “embroidered”. This is one of the finest weaving technique of Benaras, when each motif is woven separately. Each saree is a kind of master piece as it is woven by 2-3 weavers simultaneously and takes 2-5 weeks to weave a saree based on the intricacy of design. Kadhwa is created with extra wefts on top of the base warp fabric with resham or zari wound around hand shuttles, leaving no loose floats or threads on the back of the fabric.

Purple marinated with magenta embellished with Zari exudes royalty, dignity and eminence to your looks in any wedding ceremony or grand festivals like Diwali, Durga Pooja, Karva Chauth etc.
