From the HOLY city of Benaras, House of Elegance presents you an Neem Zari Kadhwa Katan Silk saree in Peacock Green Blue base with contrasting neem zari black palla.

The saree with broad blue and green color stripes is embraced by golden neem zari border on both the sides. The coordinated black katan silk base blouse features zari jaal further dominated by broad border.

Weavers called it “Kadhwa” as it is “kadha hua” or “embroidered”. This is one of the finest weaving technique of Benaras, when each motif is woven separately. Each saree is a kind of master piece as it is woven by 2-3 weavers simultaneously and takes 2-5 weeks to weave a saree based on the intricacy of design. Kadhwa is created with extra wefts on top of the base warp fabric with resham or zari wound around hand shuttles, leaving no loose floats or threads on the back of the fabric.
